Support for automatic recurring charges
Paycove removes the hassle from setting up recurring payments by allowing you to include subscription products in your quotes and invoices. You can link products from your CRM to Stripe plans in Paycove then configure recurring charges on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
When a customer pays, Paycove’s recurring billing system automatically schedules any recurring fees to be charged to the customer’s payment method based on the frequency you set.
If you sell subscriptions that end after a specific period of time (i.e. 6 months) you can set dynamic durations that will cancel the subscription automatically.
Set a payment schedule
Scheduling payments in Paycove allows you to split the total invoice amount into separate payments for a customer to pay at a chosen time. They can even be configured to auto-bill on set dates. This can be useful when accepting down payments or following payment plans for larger purchases.
Simultaneous multi-merchant account & Xero/Quickbooks support
Paycove allows you to use multiple merchant accounts and Xero/Quickbooks accounts simultaneously. You can assign specific accounts to specific templates, so payments can be funneled into the appropriate merchant/accounting accounts based on the template of the invoice being paid.
Once a payment is successfully processed, the invoice is marked as Paid and you’ll be notified immediately via e-mail and in your CRM deal's activity timeline.
